Am I ordering a printed item or downloading a file?

You’re requesting a physical 3D printed item. Browse the catalog to find a design, then use its request option to tell us which model you want. Printable STL files are not included with a print order.

How do I get an accurate price?

Send the catalog model number or a reference, your preferred size, colors, and finish. Include your ZIP code if you need shipping. We’ll review the design and confirm your quote before production. The pricing page has estimated ranges to help you plan. See print pricing & shipping →

Can I pick up my order or have it shipped?

Free local pickup is arranged by appointment. Shipping is quoted using the packed size, weight, and destination. Protective packaging and postage are listed separately in your quote; larger props may require larger boxes or multiple packages.

Can you print a design that isn’t in the catalog?

Email your idea or a reference and we’ll review what is possible. Custom modeling, file repairs, sizing changes, and any required model license are quoted separately. Availability and timing are confirmed before work begins.

Will I be able to watch my print live?

Selected prints and owner-started camera demonstrations appear in the live workshop below. Not every order is broadcast. A live camera may show the workshop even when a printer is not printing.
